Preparing for my trip to Brussels, where I will present my paper on “Political Bargaining and Interest Group Communication Strategies” on Saturday.
I have just returned from a very successful NICEP Inaugural Conference in Nottingham, where I presented my paper on “Voter Priorities and the Effectiveness of Supranational Fiscal Governance”.
I am looking forward to the LSE-NYU conference at LSE. The programme is superb. It is going to be a great conference. More details to come in the twitter feed over the course of the next two days.

The article “Fiscal governance in the Eurozone: How effective is the Stability and Growth Pact limiting public debt?” which is collaborative work of Thomas König (University of Mannheim) was accepted for publication in the journal Political Science Research and Methods.
I am out of office until January 12th. Until then there will be no office hours. During the semester break office hours will be on appointment only.
